Therapy

Where compassion from the Hart meets clarity for your Mind.

A psychological therapy service using evidence-based practice to support you to improve your mood and wellbeing.

Your journey, at the Hart

Welcome to Hart and Mind Therapy - evidence-based psychological support, where you're placed at the Hart of your therapeutic journey.

  • Have you ever felt stuck, constantly on edge, or like you're just surviving?

  • Lost interest in the things you once enjoyed?

  • Found yourself exhausted by life, trapped in unhelpful thoughts or fears?

  • Maybe you avoid the mirror, overwhelmed by self-criticism?

  • Or feel like you're always meeting everyone else’s needs while neglecting your own?

If any of this resonates, you’re not alone - and Hart and Mind Therapy are here for you.

We understand how difficult it can be to build a fulfilling life while battling distressing thoughts, intense emotions, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy offers a path from surviving to thriving - helping you heal, grow, and reconnect with your values, goals, and your authentic self.

Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your difficulties, not just the surface symptoms. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, body image concerns, or low self-esteem, we’ll work to understand what’s holding you back and how to move forward.

While we draw on evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative and tailored to you.

We’ll move at your pace, gently working through emotional blocks, survival strategies, and fears - so you can begin to feel more in control and aligned with the life you want to lead.

Let’s build a resilient, flourishing mindset - together.
